Tzatziki (Anglicized: /tsaːtˈsiːki/; Greek: τζατζίκι) is a Greek sauce served with grilled meats or as a dip.

Tzatziki is made of strained yogurt (usually from sheep or goat milk) mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and sometimes dill. American versions may include lemon juice, mint, or parsley.

At Mezes Greek Grill, we use Tzatziki in the authentic Greek manner and place a generous portion in our Gyros and Souvlakia, but we don’t stop there it’s in our Gyro Bowls, on a Greek Burger and even in Vegetarian Pita.

And if you happen to be one who doesn’t like yogurt, then try our Mustard Aoli or Spicy Sour Cream.
