It’s bad enough that there is a controversy between the “American” and the “European” way of eating with a fork.

There are two basic methods for eating with a knife and fork.
The "American" involves having your fork in your left and your knife in your right when cutting your food, then putting the knife down and switching your fork to your right hand to eat, tines facing upwards. With the "European" method, the fork remains in the left hand and the knife helps coax your food onto your fork. The tines remain facing downwards.

In July, we’re running a survey to determine the best method to enjoy Gyros ingredients as a meal but we don’t care if you use the “American” or “European” way when using a fork, we wonder more about do you use a fork at all.
